Founder & Managing Director
Olivier Ishimwe is a Rwandan entrepreneur and educator with a background in Entrepreneurial Leadership and Social Studies Education. As Founder and Managing Director of DASA Africa, he leads the development of practical digital, AI, professional, and leadership learning programmes for young Africans. His work sits at the intersection of education, technology, entrepreneurship, and opportunity creation.
Technology & Learning Systems Lead
Lisette Mukiza is a software engineering professional with experience in academic affairs and learning systems at African Leadership University. At DASA Africa she brings her technical and academic experience together to strengthen our learning systems, digital learning experiences, and technology-enabled programmes. Her work sits at the intersection of technology, education, and learning, helping DASA build practical and effective experiences for learners.
Programs & Operations Lead
Tessy K. Uzaramba is passionate about youth empowerment, leadership, and creating meaningful opportunities for young people. As Programs and Operations Lead at DASA Africa, she coordinates programmes, oversees operations, and makes sure initiatives are thoughtfully planned and effectively delivered. With a background in Economics, a focus on International Business and Trade, and experience in public speaking, she is driven by a desire to empower African youth and contribute to initiatives that create meaningful impact.

Facilitation & Partnerships Lead, Rwanda
Samuel Ndorimana supports DASA Africa in facilitating the Online Collaboration and Professional Communication Masterclass and in developing partnerships in Rwanda. With a Bachelor’s degree in Education, specialising in Languages, and experience in both local and international school settings, he brings a strong passion for communication, learning, and community engagement. Samuel enjoys mentoring and motivating others and is committed to continuous learning, meaningful connections, and serving his community.
Facilitator, AI & Productivity
Winebald Banituze is a Software Engineer at SD Worx and the founder of Bacaan and 11 WIT. His work spans software engineering, data, AI, and digital products, focused on turning real-world problems into practical solutions. Previously a Software Engineering Tutor and Grader at ALX Africa, he mentored learners and reviewed projects, where he found that sometimes the most valuable thing a teacher can give is not an answer but a better question. Today he combines a builder's mindset with education, helping people move from "I have seen this" to "I can use this".

Aubierge Umurerwa is a software developer and technology enthusiast focused on building impactful digital solutions, with experience across web development, AI, robotics, and emerging technologies. A collaborative leader who enjoys turning ideas into practical, user-centred products, driven by continuous learning, innovation, and using technology to empower people and communities.
Ambassador, University of Rwanda (Rukara Campus)
Kubwayo François Bonheur is an Early Childhood Education student at the University of Rwanda, passionate about child development, programme coordination, team leadership, quality early learning, community development, and digital innovation. Experienced in using AI tools and digital platforms to improve productivity and deliver online services, and committed to creating positive impact through education and technology.
